Booking.com rubbish customer care

Booking.com I called in Bournemouth Hycliff hotel to quote for a room with breakfast for one night and was quoted £279.00 with a prosecco included. I decided to try Booking.com and the same room was £249.00 with breakfast included, (no prosecco). No brainer, I booked via Booking.com. On arrival the desk informed me there was no breakfast included, ok, that is a mistake I though. Called booking costumer service and wasted one hour for no solution, even though I was told there was a system bug. Ended up spending another £39.00 for breakfast. Surely I will book directly whenever possible from now on. I wish I checked Booking,com reviews before.

Ich habe einen Flug gebucht und keine Bestätigung erhalten. Jedoch kam eine Rechnung über Klarna. Den Kundenservice kann man telefonisch nicht erreichen, nur eine teure Nummer in UK. Ich bin verzweifelt. Nie wieder Booking.com!!!

Keine Telefonnummer bei Booking.com vorhanden. Auch die zweite Email bleibt unbeantwortet (Anbieter konnte kein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen) Die 65€ für die Übernachtung wird einbehalten. Ich werde nie wieder online buchen! Meine Empfehlung: sucht euch ein Hotel raus und ruft dort einfach an.

Bonjour, Client depuis de très nombreuses années (statut Genius 3..) je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes avec les locations de logements ou d'activités. Je considère que leur offre est correcte, le fonctionnement correct, j'y suis habitué, je ne cherche pas la guerre des prix. Je viens d'avoir une très mauvaise expérience avec une location de voiture. J'ai réservé et payé d'avance (3mois) les 13 jours de location via booking chez AVIS. Par hasard je trouve la même offre moins chère SUR BOOKING/AVIS! Je demande un geste commercial dans le cadre de leur "politique d'alignement de prix" des CGV. Dans un premier temps on me dit que ça ne peut pas être pris en compte pour une offre sur le site booking (sic??) mais seulement sur un site concurrent et pas sur le site du loueur lui même.. pas de pbm, demande faite sur KAYACK , même date, même véhicule, même assurance (totale sans franchise) loueur Europcar, moins cher que l'offre totale de Booking! Réponse du service commercial : nous pouvons faire la réduction sur la location, mais on supprime votre remise "genius" et on retire notre offre d'assurance. Ce qui me conduirait à avoir une voiture plus chère et sans assurance! Tout ça avec 4 interlocuteurs par mail différents. Et pour finir la fin du mail demande de bien vouloir répondre au questionnaire de qualité à suivre.. Je peine à y croire..

My sister made a booking for a room…

My sister made a booking for a room from booking and when we got there the room was unclean with dirty bedsheets. She complaint and she got only 1/5 from the price she paid which is very strange. Why does the booking support the companies and business owners instead of customers? That is a very bad policy .... very disapointed.

terrible customer support

terrible customer support, i did reservation, and there was no clear check-in instructions, the owner cancelled the booking as (No-show), even though i was nearby, and confirmed by chat, customer support didn't want to help and let me suffer all day long from this epic, so at the end, i was charged, and didn't have a place to stay, and total ignorance from support. will never trust this company again. there is zero guest protection rights. they allow a lot of scammers on their website.
