Years of Service
Linda S - Ownerpositive interactions, good follow up, immediate technical support Pros: Inroads does an excellent job of getting clients. Cons: Some of the booking agencies (Booking.com, Expedia) are not consistent and sometimes difficult to get customer service
innRoad makes managing reservations easy
Jason - Desk AttendantPros: Even as a mid-sized bed and breakfast, we can have some busy times when we are at full capacity and innRoad makes keeping our reservations organized convenient and straightforward. The software allows us to easily rearrange room assignments or adjust length of stay. It also integrates smoothly with third party reservation sites such as Expedia and Booking.com. Cons: On very rare occasions the software can have some glitches, such as updating charges to reservations or freezing actions for changing a reservation status. Fortunately customer service is easily available 24/7 and can promptly address whatever issues arise.
Room for improvement
Pawel - General ManagerRoom for improvement. A lot. Pros: Allows to make and manage reservations.Interfaces to credit card payments, self-service web based version. Cons: Not all operations are logged. Data just "disappears" from the system.Undeveloped reports.Lack of training environment. Training users on "live" data is bad practice and impacts reports. I don't understand why they can't clone the database and setup separate website. Doesn't support external hardware (like driver's license reader)
Glad we selected innRoad.
Cindy - Hotel ManagerVery happy with innRoad. Pros: It is their customer service that makes them number one from my point of view. Cons: Initially group functionality was a little clunky when we switched to innRoad. It may partially because we were learning a new system. Group functionality has improved over the years.
Customer Service
Janet - Guest Services AgentI am very satisfied with the overall customer service i recently received . Pros: Innroad has a group of information and intelligent employeess that always finds a solution to my problems Cons: I would like it if the rates that were booked prior to a rate change didn't revert to the new rate . I believe if a customer books at a rate that rate should remain the same regardless if it is lower or higher.
Great Support
David - General ManagerPros: Product easy to use with helpful set up. Support is usually good. Cons: Could do with automated email going to guest and us confirming a cancellation when a cancellation is made over the phone.
Customer Service
Heidi - Customer/HousingMy experience and my full team are happy with the customer service that is provided from Inn Road.We are all new to this program and have called a few times for explanations on how to do something simple. The explanations and formats given make all of us feel at ease. Thank youHeidi Pros: It is cloud based and will reach out to many more clients and customers. Cons: It is cloud based and reaching out all over the world is going to be a asset soon, once we fully learn the system.
Cabin Management
Rickey - OwnerThe training has been good, we are still trying to figure it all out! Pros: We have the cabins separated by categories and makes it easy to book Cons: Just trying to figure it out, bc this is our 1st Software experience.
innRoad Has Helped us Grow Quickly!
Morgan - ManagerSince we have started using innRoad we have seen a minimum of 10% increase in monthly booking and revenue! Pros: We have come to find that guests can easily book online and are able to view rates and availability before making their reservation. It has been very easy to learn how to operate and the ability to run instant reports is great for tracking sales and growth! Cons: The group booking is a bit challenging and not as user friendly as the rest of the system.
Has potential
Sarah, jonesInnRoad has huge potential to work well in the UK and Europe but they need to adjust quickly to the way we work in the UK as opposed to the American market. Setting up the system was relatively pain free, but connecting to our first ota was a huge disaster and eventually sorted it and got it right after a lot of calls and emails on our behalf to them. In the UK we need CVV codes and they wont let you have that information, its there and they collect it from our guests when they book but they do not provide it to the hotel, so you then have to contact the guest and ask for it. Ive just tried to connect to tripadvisor as they tell you this is one of the ota's they connect with like booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and many more and now I am being told they will have to look at my service agreement as they are not sure they can do that without charging extra? Im being told $75 or do they mean £75? We were not told of that cost we signed up. Most other providers do this for free. Be warned they do not connect with google either. A frustrated customer.
Online booking made easy from anywhere
Evan - Hotel OpperationsI have had issues I couldn't resolve that technical support created solutions for. Pros: I am able to remotely login and become aware of all items related to room status. I can also effectively make real time changes. Cons: I cannot think of any immediate issues that cause me any problems

Sirvoy is a cloud-based hospitality management system combining a property management system, booking engine, and channel manager in one platform. The company was founded in 2008 in Hjo, Sweden, when brothers Mats, Ola, and John Persson built a booking tool for their mother's hostel. Sirvoy is now headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and serves properties in more than 140 countries.
Target properties: Sirvoy is built for hotels, hostels, B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rentals, campsites, and glamping sites. The system allows properties to relabel terminology, for example switching "Room" to "Cabin" or "Motorhome", to fit non-standard accommodation types.
Pricing model: Sirvoy charges based on plan and room or unit count, with no commission on direct bookings. A forever-free plan for single-unit properties launched in January 2026.
Support: Sirvoy provides 24/7 live chat, phone, and email support across eleven languages, alongside a self-service knowledge base and live onboarding demos booked via Calendly.
Mews is the operating system for hospitality, unifying PMS, revenue management, distribution, guest messaging, and finance on a single data model so hotel teams stop reconciling separate tools and start running the property from one place.
Scale: Used by over 15,000 properties across 85 countries. Headquartered in Amsterdam, founded in 2012.
Platform direction: In May 2026 Mews launched Mews OS, folding five previously separate or third-party functions natively into the platform: revenue management, distribution, guest messaging, automations, and accounts receivable. The pitch is one login, one data model, one bill, replacing the eight to ten vendors a typical hotel stitches together today.
