Kross Booking is a cloud property management system built by Solutions Plus s.r.l. in Bari, Italy. It sells to B&Bs, apartment and holiday home managers, and small to mid-size hotels, primarily in Italy.
The product is built around Italian compliance. Alloggiati Web guest registration, ISTAT tourism reporting, city tax calculation and electronic invoicing are part of the PMS. The software runs in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
Multi-property operators can run every unit from one planner and hold several Booking.com property IDs in a single account, which is why much of the customer base is apartment and holiday home managers.
Kross Booking also sells KDoor, its own smart lock and self check-in kit, which is only available to customers using the PMS.

KrossBooking - Product Description
Kross Booking combines a PMS, channel manager and booking engine in one cloud account, used from a browser or the Android and iOS apps.
PMS: A planner for inserting, moving, splitting and merging reservations, with invoices, receipts and payment records. Guest data goes to Alloggiati Web automatically, ISTAT reports are generated from the same data, and city tax is calculated with a three-month report. Housekeeping covers linen-change calculation and cleaning checklists. There is a parking space availability module and a breakfast report that lists guest intolerances.
Channel manager: XML connections to Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Vrbo. Derived rate plans are calculated from a master rate, and a competitor rate view shows nearby prices in real time. Rates and closures can be changed from the mobile app.
Booking engine: Runs on the property's own website. Guests can modify or cancel a booking, check in online and enter billing details. It supports packages, discount codes, prepaid gift codes and a VIP club with reserved rates. Payment runs through PayPal, as a full payment or a deposit.
Guest Portal and KDoor: The Guest Portal collects guest ID data, the signed rental contract, city tax and the balance before arrival. KDoor adds a smart lock, keypad and control unit. Kross generates door codes valid for the length of the stay, plus time-limited codes for cleaning staff.
PriceLabs and Beyond connect for dynamic pricing, and VRPlatform for owner accounting.
