Oditly - Product Description

Oditly is system-agnostic and operates standalone. API-based integrations are available for PMS platforms (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds), BI tools, and internal reporting systems. Oditly also partners with hospitality consultancies, quality assurance firms, and brand standards advisory companies who use the platform to deliver and manage audit programs for their hotel clients.

Typical setup takes 1-2 weeks depending on the number of templates and properties. The process includes: initial scoping call, template configuration or migration from existing checklists, property and user setup, and role-based access configuration.
Training is delivered remotely via live video sessions, usually 2-3 hours for admin users and 1 hour for frontline staff.

Ongoing support is provided through a dedicated account manager plus in-app guidance. A knowledge base with walkthroughs and video tutorials is available for self-service onboarding.

Lobbi builds back-office software for independent hotels in North America. It covers the money side of a property: supplier spend, invoices, OTA commissions, bookkeeping and payroll.

Founder Janis Krums bought a Sleep Inn in Tallahassee, Florida in 2023 and relaunched it as an independent property, BOB Hotels. Lobbi grew out of the tools his team built to run that hotel, which still runs on it.

Lobbi is in pre-launch. Its first public product is Spend Companion, a free Chrome extension for hotel purchasing.
