Structured workflow: Staff register found items with photos, location, and notes from desktop, tablet, or mobile, so the whole team can see what was found. Guests submit lost item reports through a branded request form, and the system matches reports to registered items.
Guest-paid returns: Guests choose a shipping option, pay online, and receive tracking, keeping return logistics and their cost with the guest rather than the property.
Security and compliance: Faundit is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and supports more than 180 languages.

Payment and shipping: Guests select a shipping method and pay online. Faundit processes the payment and generates the shipping label, and guests receive tracking. Pick-up and express delivery options are available.
PMS integration: Native integrations with Mews and Apaleo. Within Mews, staff operate Faundit from the PMS interface, and Faundit retrieves the latest reservation data for the room where an item was found to populate guest contact details automatically.
